As a producer of accessible formats for over 25 years Connect (formally VI Resourcing) originally enabled people with Visual Impairments (VI) to have access to an inclusive education. VI Resourcing approached TMC when its service expanded beyond visual impairments.

After a series of workshops with all stakeholders to agree on a strategy. We took the team through our 3 stage development process, which resulted in creating a powerful and easily identifiable brand.
As part of the rebranding exercise a Wordpress based web platform with a comprehensive eLearning Management System (LMS) was implemented. This aspect of the project had two key objectives which were to have a AAA accessibility rating and to deliver virtual as well as blended learning courses
The final part of the project was to develop a number of offline items to support their marketing activities, such as signage, folders, brochures and exhibition panels.
A great deal of positive comments were received about the brand at events and from clients as well as students. This also extended to the Department of Trade & Industry New Virtual and blended learning products offered AAA rating for new website. Expansion into overseas markets.
The new web portal now has the highest accessibility rating possible, making it accessible to the 2 million people in the UK living with impaired sight. With the addition of an engaging homepage video, and data capture everyone's interest who lands on the site can be identified.
With an increased retention rate of 84% Our eLearning Management System (LMS) provides accredited training nationally as well as Internationally and has become a significant part of the business. We now stand out as a market leader, with a brand image that completely reflects what we do.
18% of the UK population have a communication disability, after 25 years of business we'd built up our own communication barriers. Stopping us from growing. TMC repositioned, re-branded and re-connected us with our audience, removed these barriers. This changed people’s perception of our company, giving us a much clearer voice.
