The Brief:

BLOXX competes in the IT security market that is dominated by some of biggest names in the IT industry such as Cisco, Microsoft and Symatec.

 

The company is fast growing and the trade shows are an important component in driving lead generation, awareness and credibility. However, like many small companies, Marketing budgets are always stretched and so the company is always looking to create maximum impact at trade shows on a limited budget.

 

For Infosec 2010, BLOXX significantly increased its stand size which meant that creating a stand that created the required impact with the level of finish that made the company look like a big player, was quite a challenge. And with no new products to announce, this presented yet another challenge.

 

The Solution:

Working together TMC and the BLOXX Marketing team developed a cohesive campaign around “Hammering down the Total Cost of Ownership”. From an initial brainstorming session, the campaign was quickly scoped and delivered.

We increased our stand traffic dramatically, we increased our leads by 40% and we made our competitors stand up and take notice that are now a serious player. Moreover, I know that we spoke to many larger companies who would have passed us by in previous years. All in all it was a huge success.
