Pre & Post Marketing

To generate maximum ROI, we believe that a strategic and holistic approach is required; from setting targets, identifying and getting the right people to attend to how you communicate to your audience during the event and most importantly your activities and communication after the event.
Pre-event activities should start months in advance and be based on targeted plan, with campaign activities, combining both traditional and electronic communication to capture and entice the right people. Although time consuming, a more personal approach is generally more successful, especially for key customers.
During the event, your on-site team should be focused on generating sales and gathering leads for post event activities. Recording the right information from customers is critical.
Post-event marketing is often overlooked, but this is the time to turn those hot leads into sales. For maximum success, don’t delay….take action immediately whilst people remember names and conversations.
All activities should be measured and evaluated, what worked and what can you do differently to be more successful next time.
